Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be in unworn, unwashed, pristine condition with all tags still attached. You must have the receipt to be eligible for exchange.

Due to strict health regulations, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted on toys, carriers, blankets, or beds.  This is due to a dog's tendency to mark its territory or other possessions.

All treat, food, and bath product sales are FINAL. All sale and clearance items are considered a FINAL.
